To evolve as a Centre of Excellence in research, learning and consultancy, integrating Computer and Information Sciences with Natural Sciences and Engineering concepts to develop products and services for the benefit of the Industry and Society at large.
Student will possess strong fundamentals, analytical and computational ability to solve hardware / software problem, capability to address the challenges they face in the world of work and apply innovative technical tools and to develop solutions in an ever changing world.
Graduate will have sufficient depth of knowledge, technical skills, communication skills and leadership skills so as to sustain oneself working in multidisciplinary team and its management, entrepreneurship outlook and in lifelong learning.
Graduates will be responsive to professional and societal contexts, committed to ethical concerns, effective and contributing member of the community.
Basic fundamental knowledge in mathematical problem solving, general engineering, electrical sciences and in depth knowledge in computer science and engineering.
An ability to identify, analyze, design, optimize and implement system solutions using appropriate algorithms of varying complexity.
An ability to produce cost effective, quality and maintainable software products and solutions (services) meeting the global standards and requirements with the knowledge acquired and using the emerging techniques, tools and software engineering methodologies and principles.
An ability to understand the capability of a Business Process where information is available across an organization as a whole, extracting facts from “multiple versions of the truth” and build business models, marketing and product strategies.
Basic knowledge in hardware/software methods and tools for solving real-life and R&D problems with an orientation to lifelong learning.
